Description
7-inch All-in-One · Windows 11 Pro

A 7-inch Windows panel PC built to live inside your equipment — not on a desk.

A complete Windows 11 Pro computer, a 5-point capacitive touchscreen and a 5000 mAh battery in a 173 × 116 × 26 mm enclosure. Two 2.5 GbE ports, HDMI 2.0 and four USB ports, so it can talk to your OT network and your building network at the same time.

Why this form factor

Everything a panel installation needs, in one sealed box

Most panel projects bolt a bare board PC behind a screen, then spend weeks on brackets, cables and a custom driver. This unit removes that step — the computer, the display, the touch controller and the backup battery are one part number.

01

A whole PC and its screen in one 26 mm housing

No separate single-board computer, no display ribbon running to a remote panel, no custom enclosure. Mount it, connect 12 V and network, and the HMI is live.

02

Two 2.5 GbE ports — rare on a 7-inch device

Keep the OT network and the building or corporate network physically separate on two NICs, or run a redundant link. On most panels this means adding a managed switch.

03

Standard Windows, standard tools

Your existing SCADA front-end, HMI runtime, kiosk browser or POS application runs unchanged. No proprietary Linux image, no vendor IDE, no retraining for your software team.

04

Battery-backed by design

A 5000 mAh / 7.6 V pack rides through short power interruptions, so a brief outage does not drop your session — and the same pack lets a technician carry the panel on commissioning rounds.

05

Glass-to-glass capacitive touch

A G+G touch stack with 5-point multi-touch. Pinch, zoom and multi-finger operator screens work the way a modern touch UI expects, instead of a single-point resistive overlay.

06

I/O that reaches real equipment

HDMI 2.0 to mirror onto a plant display, USB-C with full functionality, four USB-A ports for scanners and card readers, an SD/TF slot for offline content updates, 3.5 mm with mic, and an 8 Ω / 1 W speaker for audible alarms.

Design & mounting

Small enough to hide in the equipment, solid enough to be fitted permanently

Front and rear · the rear face is flat and clear, with no cables or connectors on it

  • 1Four corner fixings on the rear face Circular fixing points in each corner let the unit be screwed down to a bracket, a cabinet face or a mounting plate instead of sitting loose. Ask us about bracket options for your specific cut-out.
  • 2Connectors on one edge only Power, network, HDMI, USB, audio and the card slot are grouped along a single edge, so the cable run only has to bend one way inside your enclosure.

Outline drawing: 173 mm × 116 mm × 26 mm, with the port layout on the top edge

Rear panel: four corner fixings, no connectors or vents on the face you mount against

Where it earns its place

Three deployment families, one part number

Smart building control, industrial automation and self-service kiosks all ask for the same thing: a small Windows computer with a touchscreen that survives being installed inside something else. Here is how the unit is typically deployed in each.

Smart Building · 01

Room & desk booking panels

A 7-inch screen next to every meeting room door is the cheapest way to stop double-booked rooms. Because this is a full Windows PC, it talks directly to Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your own booking API — no gateway appliance in between.

  • ✓Runs a browser in kiosk mode, or a native .NET app, against your existing calendar backend
  • ✓PoE is not required — 12 V DC per room, or the internal battery for rooms without a power drop
  • ✓Wi-Fi keeps cable runs out of the wall; the Ethernet port is there if the building provides it
  • ✓Four corner fixings suit a standard wall plate or a recessed back box
Smart Building · 02

Flush HVAC, lighting & room control panels

Replacing fixed-function room thermostats with a general-purpose panel means one part number for the whole building — and one place to change the interface when the tenant changes.

  • ✓Talk BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP or KNX-over-IP through the first NIC while the second NIC stays on the management VLAN
  • ✓26 mm depth keeps the panel close to the wall for a flat, flush appearance
  • ✓HDMI 2.0 can drive a larger display in a public area from the same unit
  • ✓On-screen room name, schedule and comfort settings can be pushed remotely — no site visit per room
Smart Building · 03

Lobby, reception & access-control terminals

Information panels and visitor or staff access terminals in public areas need a touchscreen that works with a finger, a printer and a card reader — and an interface you can redesign without replacing hardware.

  • ✓Four USB-A ports cover a badge printer, a card reader and a keyboard at the same time
  • ✓Wi-Fi or Ethernet ingests the visitor list; SD/TF slot loads the interface offline if the site is locked down
  • ✓Battery carries the terminal through a short power interruption so the queue does not stop
  • ✓Standard Windows means your reader's vendor driver usually installs as-is
Industrial Automation · 04

Machine HMI on new and retrofit control cabinets

A dedicated HMI panel is a fixed-function purchase. This is a Windows terminal, so the same unit can be a machine HMI today and a data-collection node, a vision-station front end or an operator terminal tomorrow — without buying new hardware.

  • ✓Run your SCADA/HMI runtime, or a browser against a modern web HMI, on the same box
  • ✓First NIC to the machine network, second NIC to plant IT — with no router in between
  • ✓USB-A ports take PLC programming cables, USB keys and operator keyboards on the cabinet door
  • ✓12 V DC input suits control-cabinet power supplies, so no additional mains adapter is needed
Industrial Automation · 05

Line-side, conveyor & logistics stations

Picking stations, sortation lines and packing benches need a small, close-range terminal the operator can touch without leaving the workstation. A 7-inch panel on an arm does that better than a desktop monitor behind glass.

  • ✓Compact footprint mounts on an articulating arm, a stanchion or the machine frame
  • ✓USB-A for handheld scanners and label printers; USB-C for a modern peripheral or dock
  • ✓Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5.0 for cordless scanners and headsets where cabling is impractical
  • ✓Speaker gives audible pick or error confirmation without a separate sounder
Kiosk · 06

Self-service terminals & interactive kiosks

The unit works two ways in kiosk work: as the computing engine for a kiosk with a larger screen on HDMI, or as the operator and service panel set into the kiosk body itself.

  • ✓HDMI 2.0 drives the customer-facing display while the 7-inch panel serves as the service interface
  • ✓Windows kiosk mode with an assigned-access account locks the terminal to your application
  • ✓USB-A for a receipt printer, a card reader and a barcode scanner; Type-C for a payment peripheral
  • ✓SD/TF slot updates content and advertising on site when the kiosk has no network path
